The Israeli occupation forces arrested 22 Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem

Today, Tuesday, the occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests against 22 Palestinian citizens, after they raided and searched their homes and tampered with their contents in separate areas in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.

In its statement to the media, the occupation army stated that its soldiers had arrested a number of Palestinians in the West Bank, who had been transferred to the security services for investigation under the pretext of participating in popular resistance actions against the occupation forces and settlers.

Palestinian sources reported that large forces of the occupation army stormed the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh (in the middle of the occupied West Bank) and raided a number of homes and arrested 13 citizens, including 6 from the city of Al-Bireh and 7 from Ramallah, including 4 from the town of Deir Abu Mashaal, north of Ramallah. .

The occupation forces also arrested three young men from Jenin (in the north).

The Palestinian "Prisoners Club" stated that the occupation forces arrested two young men, Ziad Yasser Al-Saadi, from the city of Jenin, and Islam Salem Arada from the town of "Araba" southwest of Jenin, after they raided and searched their homes.

The occupation forces also arrested university student Rami Muhammad Al-Madhoun, and seized his vehicle, after his family raided and searched his home in the village of "Aba Al-Sharqiya", east of Jenin.

In Salfit governorate (to the north), the occupation forces arrested a young man, Muhammad Mari, from “Qarawat Bani Hassan,” west of Salfit, after storming his house, searching it and tampering with its contents.

In Bethlehem (to the south), the occupation forces arrested the young man, Bayan Hasasneh, after raiding his home.

In occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces arrested Muhammad Abu Khalil, Wael Mahmoud, Baraa Mahmoud, and the young Jihad Aweidah at dawn today, from his home in Al-Thawri neighborhood in Silwan town, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Last night, settlers attacked Palestinian civilians' vehicles with stones between the villages of "Madama" and "Burin", south of Nablus (north), in addition to other attacks on Nablus - Qalqilya Street on the outskirts of the town of "Huwara", south of Nablus. No injuries were reported.

On the road between Jenin and Nablus, settlers lit tires near the entrance to the evacuated "Homesh" settlement, and attacked Palestinian civilians' vehicles with stones, causing damage to a number of them.
