The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 7 deaths, 420 new cases of" Corona "virus, and 827 recoveries were recorded during the last 24 hours.
Al-Kailah said in a press statement, today, Tuesday, that the new deaths were recorded for an 85-year-old citizen from Tarqumiya, a 91-year-old citizen from the town of Beit Ummar, a 62-year-old citizen from the town of Nuba in the Hebron governorate, and a 79-year-old citizen from the camp New Askar, a 62-year-old citizen from Balata camp in Nablus governorate, a 42-year-old citizen from Beit Duqqu northwest of Jerusalem, and an 80-year-old citizen from the town of Beit Jala.
She added that the new casualties were distributed in the governorates according to the following: Hebron (77), Nablus (39), Bethlehem (45), Qalqilya (13), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (59), Jenin (22), Salfit (1), Jericho and Al-Aghwar. (36), Tulkarm (25), Tubas (3), Gaza Strip (85), and the suburbs of Jerusalem (15), while no new data were available about the city of Jerusalem.
Al-Kaila continued that new cases of recovery were recorded in the governorates: Hebron (129), Jenin (49), Tulkarm (68), Nablus (82), Tubas (11), the suburbs of Jerusalem (338) and the Gaza Strip (150). The rate of recovery from the "Corona" virus in Palestine increased to 80.3%.
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 41 patients in intensive care rooms, including 16 patients on artificial respirators.
