Israeli police arrest 30 demonstrators against Netanyahu

Israeli police arrested, last night, 30 demonstrators after riots and violence between supporters and opponents of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to the Arabic-speaking Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation, opponents of Netanyahu entered into confrontations with police forces in Paris Square in Jerusalem near Netanyahu's home, and three policemen were wounded.

It indicated that the arrests took place in the ranks of suspects throwing stones at the police, while the demonstrators accused the police of violence against them.

More than 10 thousand Israelis demonstrated in front of Netanyahu's house, while another, smaller number of demonstrations took place near his private home in Caesarea, in addition to several demonstrations in different parts of Israeli cities.
