Settlers burn 1,000 olive trees south of Nablus

The Minister of Agriculture, Riad Attari, described the settlers' actions by burning 300 dunums of olive trees, a thousand trees south of Nablus, by a fascist act by the settlers, with protection from the occupation army.

Minister Otari's remarks came during an inspection tour conducted on Wednesday, to the location of the crime of the occupation and tools in the village of Jalud south of Nablus.

Attari added that the timing of this criminal act coincides with Eid al-Fitr, which directly reflects the Israeli government's program and its fascist mentality, which is not only a hostile to the Palestinian people but also to all humanity.

The Minister of Agriculture pointed out that this fascist act is very similar to the massacre committed by the extremist Goldstein in the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron. Stressing that these terrorists did not observe the sanctity of mosques and the sanctity of holidays, they have a single program aimed at influencing citizens to leave their land, but they will fail in that.

Minister Otari said that the Ministry of Agriculture will do the necessary to limit the damage and will re-plant trees, and will always be with the farmers to strengthen their steadfastness and steadfastness on their land.

Settlers from the epicenter of Hayya, near the village of Jalud, carried out a burning crime of olive fields planted before 1967.
