165 Israelis storm Al-Aqsa mosque

Dozens of Jewish settlers stormed the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday with heavy military and security protection from the Israeli occupation police and its special forces.

According to our correspondent quoting sources in the Waqf, 97 settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning tour, which lasted for several four consecutive hours from the "Bab al-Mughrabi" and even the "Bab al-Mudayat".

She added that some settlers performed ritual rituals at the "Bab al-Rahma", amid an intense presence of Israeli police forces and armed special forces who worked to secure their protection.

She explained that 15 students from Jewish religious institutes had also stormed the mosque during the same period, in addition to 50 Israeli occupation government officials and three Israeli intelligence agents.

The Israeli police allow the Jews a second round of storming, which begins after the Zuhr prayer is completed at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The incursions take place on a daily except Friday and Saturday from the "Bab al-Mughrabi", which has been under the control of the Israeli occupation police since the occupation of the city of Jerusalem in 1967.
