A young man was shot dead Thursday evening when Israeli troops opened fire on a group of youths on the eastern border of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
A number of young people were also suffocated by the Israeli occupation forces throwing tear gas at the demonstrators as part of the "night confusion" activities.
Several explosions were heard in the eastern part of Rafah during these night events.
