The Prime Minister warns of the continued assault on Palestinian sanctities

Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh warned Israel against continuing to attack Palestinian land and holy sites, and to allow settlers to enter Al-Aqsa Mosque, stressing that this matter will inevitably lead to an unprecedented escalation, especially with the approach of Land Day and the month of Ramadan. Blessed Ramadan.

This came during the government session today, Monday, where the Council of Ministers discussed many issues, the most important of which is the development of Islamic endowments and the preservation of its properties and capabilities, which qualifies it to play an important role in the process of economic development in Palestine.

Shtayyeh welcomed the visit of His Majesty the King in person and what he represented, and the timing of his important visit to follow up on the current movement in the region and the world.

He expressed his concern about the movement that Israel is taking in the region, stressing that Arab normalization meetings without ending the occupation are nothing but an illusion, a mirage and a free reward for Israel.

Shtayyeh congratulated the winners of the municipal council elections, and called on them to provide the best service to citizens.

The Prime Minister also thanked the Emir of the State of Qatar for reconsidering the mechanism of bringing Palestinian employees to Qatar, and positively reconsidering the work of the Qatari Committee to Aid Jerusalem.

The Prime Minister offered condolences, on behalf of the Council of Ministers, to the families of the children who died in a fire that swept through, and those who died in the collapse of a building under construction in Tulkarm yesterday.
