The occupation notifies a family in Jabal Mukaber to demolish their home

Today, Friday, the Israeli occupation authorities notified the family of Iyad Abu Sneina in Jabal Mukaber, southeast of occupied Jerusalem, to demolish their house, under the pretext of not having a license.

According to press sources, the occupation municipality notified the Abu Sneina family to self-demolish their house, and the family actually began emptying the contents of the house, which it will self-demolish tomorrow, in order to avoid being fined for demolition costs.

Abu Sneineh said: “Today we are subjected to a second forced displacement. The first time we were displaced after the demolition of our house in Ras al-Amoud in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque in May 2015. We were fined tens of thousands of shekels because we refused to self-demolish it, and this is the second time where we will have to demolish our house. To avoid the high fines imposed by the occupation municipality.
