Settlers break into archaeological "Alkherpa" in Taqwa

Local sources reported today, Monday, that a number of settlers stormed the archaeological ruin in the town of Tekoa, east of Bethlehem.

Activists from the town said that more than 15 settlers parked their vehicles on the side of the street and penetrated into the heart of the archaeological ruin under heavy guard by the occupation forces. The settlers, armed with automatic weapons, practiced Talmudic rituals in the place, claiming that it is sacred to them, and it is the second day in a row that they stormed Settlers this place.

In an interview with Al-Quds correspondent, Taysir Abu Mufarreh considered that the incursion is very dangerous, and it is taking place regularly and under the spears of the occupation soldiers, and this cannot be allowed by the people of the town, as the site is purely Palestinian and belongs to the town and falls within the framework of its organizational scheme.
