Six young men were injured by metal bullets and dozens suffocated during the occupation army’s suppression of the weekly anti-settlement march in Kafr Qaddoum, which was launched to condemn the continued attacks by settlers against our people and in support of the people of the town of Barqa, which is under fierce attack by settlers and the occupation army.

The media spokesman in Qalqilya region, Murad Shteiwi, stated that violent confrontations erupted after the start of the march, in which the youths used stones and burned dozens of rubber tires, while the occupation soldiers responded with heavy metal bullets and tear gas canisters, which led to 6 injuries among the youths, in addition to dozens of cases of suffocation, all of which were treated in the field. .

Shteiwi explained that a large number of occupation soldiers stormed the town and took over the roofs of citizens' houses and set up ambushes with the aim of arresting the young men without making any arrests.

The march began after Friday prayers, with the participation of hundreds of townspeople who chanted patriotic slogans calling for confronting settlers' attacks and escalating popular resistance everywhere.
