The funeral of the martyr Abu Ayyash in the town of Beita

Our people buried, this Friday evening, the body of martyr Jamil Abu Ayyash, 31, to his final resting place in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.

The funeral procession proceeded from in front of Rafidia Hospital, with the participation of representatives of official, popular and national events in the Nablus governorate, to his family's home in Beita, where they took a farewell look at him, before he was buried in the town's cemetery.

The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, stressed in a speech by the “Fatah” movement the importance and role of the popular resistance in confronting the occupation, and the heroic stories that the town of Beita wrote in confronting the occupier and the ambitions of the settlers.

He stressed the need to rally around the national psyche and popular resistance, appealing on behalf of the martyrs to the people of the towns of Jaba and Qabatiya to spare blood and give priority to the national interest in the face of the occupier.
