Shtayyeh discusses with the Minister of Development Cooperation and Economy in Luxembourg strengthening cooperation

Prime Minister Mohamed Shtayyeh discussed, today, Thursday, with the Minister of Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs and the Minister of Economy of Luxembourg Franz Vayot, the strengthening of joint cooperation between the two countries.

The Prime Minister reviewed the government's plans for development and economic recovery from the Corona pandemic, despite the difficult financial situation that the government is facing as a result of the decrease in external support, and the unjust Israeli cuts from the Palestinian clearing funds.

In turn, Minister Fayot affirmed his country's continued support for Palestine, whether through bilateral support or through the European Union, in addition to working to raise the aid provided to UNRWA, and to finance the development programs agreed upon between the two governments, especially the youth programming program that aims to empower them, and exchange programs Students between the universities of Palestine and Luxembourg.
