Furious reactions to a judicial decision allowing Jews to perform “silent prayer” at Al-Aqsa

The decision of the occupation court to allow Jews to pray in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque was met with widespread condemnation among the Palestinians, as it was considered a prelude to Jewish control of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the establishment of their religious rituals in it openly, leading to the spatio-temporal division of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Deputy Secretary of the Central Committee of the “Fatah” movement, Sabri Saidam, said that the decision of the occupation court to allow Jews to pray in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque comes in the context of the unprecedented breach by the occupying state of international law and statistic law and an attempt to bypass international legitimacy decisions.

In an interview with Voice of Palestine Radio today, Thursday, Saidam called on the world and the United Nations to intervene quickly to stop this unprecedented deterioration of international laws by an extremist Israeli government that is trying to impose a fait accompli in Jerusalem and launch a dangerous religious war in the region.

The Minister of Jerusalem Affairs, Fadi al-Hadmi, also warned of an unprecedented Israeli escalation in the city of Jerusalem, noting that the city's citizens are facing an open war with the occupation in all aspects of life.

Al-Hadmi said, in a press statement, today, Thursday, “Not a single day passes without an Israeli decision, action or violation against the city and its residents, the latest of which is the decision of an Israeli court to allow extremist Jewish groups to perform silent prayers in its squares.

He added, "This is a dangerous and unprecedented development, and it comes after the occupation police turned a blind eye to the extremists performing Jewish religious rituals during their storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, after the noticeable increase in the number of storming the mosque."

He continued: What is happening is a blatant and dangerous violation of the existing historical situation in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and paves the way for an attempt to impose temporal and spatial division in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asumi, sent letters to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “UNESCO”, regarding the rejection of the decision issued by one of the courts of the occupying power (Israel), which It allows extremist Jewish groups to perform prayers in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In his messages, according to a statement issued today, Thursday, Al-Soumi affirmed that this decision has no legal or legitimate basis, and represents a serious violation of international law and United Nations resolutions regarding the historical and legal situation in Jerusalem, and an unacceptable and condemned attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque and constitutes a serious violation of it and an assault. On the freedom of worship as a mosque for Muslims, the rejected decision represents a new step in the framework of the plans of the occupying power (Israel) to Judaize Jerusalem.

The head of the Jerusalem Department in the Palestine Liberation Organization, Adnan al-Husseini, said in a press statement, “The Israeli judiciary proves every time that it is one of the tools of the occupation to legitimize the Judaization of the Holy City and its Islamic and Christian holy sites, especially the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

Al-Husseini expressed his concern about this judicial precedent that comes with the 21st anniversary of the Al-Aqsa massacre on October 8, 1990, and the sixth anniversary of the Jerusalem gift in 2015, warning of a flame that will ignite the entire region, recalling the Al-Buraq Revolution in 1929 during the British Mandate of Palestine, which was one of its causes Jews pray in front of the Western Wall.

He stressed that Jerusalem and its management of Al-Aqsa Mosque is the key to war and peace, and that the Israeli decision and the preceding campaigns of programmed incitement against the Islamic endowments in Jerusalem have exclusive jurisdiction over the management of Al-Aqsa Mosque, by extremist Zionist religious movements, and the intensification of settler incursions, which culminated last month and other violations The danger to the sanctity of sanctities is an alarm bell and a flagrant aggression against the Arab and Islamic nations, and an indication of the initiation of dividing the Al-Aqsa Mosque, similar to what happened in the Ibrahimi Mosque, and circumventing the legal and static situation in force in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and an indication of the start of repudiation of the Jordanian Hashemite guardianship over it, and evidence It is clear that the occupation does not want to reach peace. Rather, it confirms the occupation's endeavor to ignite a war whose fires will affect everyone.

Al-Husseini called on the Arab and Islamic worlds to act urgently to save the Al-Aqsa Mosque from the dangers threatening it, calling on the international community to assume its full responsibilities and stop the ongoing Israeli aggression against our people and our holy sites, and to provide international protection for a people struggling to defend their legitimate rights and presence in their land.

Today, Thursday, Hamas warned of the decision of the occupation court to allow settlers to perform their prayers in the Al-Aqsa courtyards, which is considered an aggression against Al-Aqsa and is considered a new futility in the detonation of lightning strikes that will bring back the occupation with scourge and rain.

Hamas said in a press statement that this decision is a blatant aggression against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and a clear declaration of a war that goes beyond political rights to an aggression against religion and sanctities.

She added, "The occupation continues this policy that paves the way for its ominous plan to divide Al-Aqsa Mosque in time and space, and open the way for the settlers' flocks for further incursions and desecration."

She called on the masses in Jerusalem and the occupied interior to intensify their presence and ties in the Al-Aqsa Mosque to form an impenetrable dam in the face of the occupation from succeeding in passing the partition plan, and to stand in the face of the increasing intrusions into Al-Aqsa Mosque.

And I renewed the call for the masses of the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation to take their role in defending and defending Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to stand at their religious and national responsibility, for Al-Aqsa and its squares are waiting for the masses of the liberated conquerors, and they are not waiting for the masses of printmakers that enter fearfully under the protection of the occupation. According to the text of its statement.
