Extensive arrest campaigns also targeted most Palestinian cities, villages and camps in the West Bank, including Jerusalem. Prisoners' institutions recorded about 1,100 arrests, including 180 children and 42 women and girls, the highest in Jerusalem, with 677 arrests.
