Prisoner Sami Habib was transferred from Gaza to the quarantine upon his release

The occupation authorities released, on Monday evening, the prisoner Sami Hamid Habib from Gaza, through the Beit Hanoun "Erez" checkpoint, in the northern Gaza Strip, and he was immediately transferred to the quarantine.

The Wa'd Prisoners' Foundation reported that the release of the prisoner came after a 5-year detention in the occupation prisons, noting that the prisoner had been transferred to quarantine, as part of the safety and prevention measures against the Corona virus.

Dr. said. Ashraf al-Qidra, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health, said: “The prisoners are the crown of the heads and the title of the struggle of our people. They have all love, appreciation and respect.” Quarantine for a period of 3 weeks, which is the second prisoner in the stone, preceded by the freed prisoner Ratib Fawzi Abu Aqel, a resident of Beit Hanoun.

He affirmed the ability of all citizens to follow the precautionary measures of the Ministry of Health, adhere to safety instructions and guidelines, personal and social protection, and take safety and prevention measures in homes, shops, restaurants, markets and banks.

He called on the elderly, children, patients with respiratory and immune systems and chronic diseases to avoid gatherings and public places.
