Netanyahu on Gaza: We have not committed to anything and will harm anyone who tries to attack us

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that Israel had achieved all its goals from the recent operation of the "Black Belt" in the Gaza Strip, has been fully achieved.

Speaking at the start of his weekly cabinet meeting, Netanyahu stressed that Israel has not abided by anything, referring to the ceasefire.

"Our security policy has not changed, we will maintain full discretion and we will harm anyone who tries to harm us," he said.

He accused Hamas of being behind the rocket fire towards Beersheba, noting that he had issued orders immediately to attack the movement's targets.

"We are ready for any scenario, and the security forces know what plans they must put in place to protect Israel in every field, and we will do our best to ensure Israel's security," he said.
