Israeli military decision to confiscate "Jabal al-Risan"

 The Israeli army has decided to confiscate Jabal al-Risan, west of Ramallah, for military purposes.

The mountain is located between the villages of Ras Karkar, Kharbatha Bani Harith, Kafr Ne'ma and Deir Bizya west of Ramallah. Settlers tried to seize it and set up a settler road, which triggered clashes and marches.
