Settlers carry out attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank

Today, Wednesday, settlers carried out attacks on Palestinians in the northern, central and southern West Bank.

“Al-Quds” correspondent in Qalqilya, Mustafa Sabri, reported that settlers gathered at noon at the entrance to the Karni Shomron settlement, adjacent to the village of Kafr Laqif, east of Qalqilya, and chanted racist slogans, closed the road between Qalqilya and Nablus, and threw stones at Palestinian vehicles.

In the village of Turmusaya, north of Ramallah, a settler opened fire at the civilians at the entrance to the village before leaving the place, but no injuries were reported.

Settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, attacked citizens’ vehicles east of Ramallah, after they spread near the “Kawkab al-Sabah” settlement, and attacked citizens’ vehicles as they were passing by.

In the town of Al-Ram, north of Jerusalem, this evening, the occupation forces stormed the town, and fired sound and gas bombs at the citizens, who responded by throwing stones at the occupation soldiers.

In Masafer Yatta, southeast of Hebron, settlers attacked the homes of citizens in the village of Al Tuba in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, under the protection of the occupation army, which arrested a young man.

Fuad Al-Amour, an activist in the Committees for Protection and Resilience, south of Hebron, told the official agency that groups of settlers, under the protection of the occupation forces, attacked the homes of citizens in Al-Tuba, and destroyed two vehicles of Omar Abu Jendeya, while the occupation forces arrested the young Riad Awad (18 years).

The occupation forces also set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the “Khallet al-Daba’ and al-Mafqara” community, and stopped and searched citizens’ vehicles and checked the citizens’ cards, which impeded their movement.

A shepherd was injured by burns in a settler attack south of Hebron

This morning, settlers injured a shepherd with burns on different parts of his body, as he was targeted with incendiary bombs in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

The coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committees in Masafer Yatta, Fouad Amour, said that a number of settlers attacked the young man, Zakaria Noaman Jabareen (18 years), with incendiary bombs while he was grazing sheep in the Bir al-Ad area, which led to him suffering burns on his feet, stomach and face. He was subsequently transferred to the hospital. .
