the Ministry of Health announced today, Friday, 17 deaths, 1,594 new cases of “Corona”, and 5,268 cases of recovery during the last 24 hours.
According to the ministry's statement, 4 deaths were recorded in the Gaza Strip, 1 in Jericho and the Jordan Valley, 2 in Hebron, 1 in the suburbs of Jerusalem, 2 in Jerusalem, 3 in Bethlehem, 2 in Tubas, 1 in Qalqilya, and 1 in Nablus.
As for the new injuries, they were recorded as follows: Tulkarm 37, Qalqilya 15, Jenin 42, Salfit 6, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 51, Bethlehem 22, Tubas 8, Nablus 41, Jerusalem suburbs 6, Hebron 34, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 8, Gaza Strip 509 Jerusalem, 815, while the number of tests reached 4,496.
The Ministry of Health confirmed that the new cases of recovery were distributed as follows: Tulkarm 86, Qalqilya 66, Jenin 66, Salfit 35, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 44, Bethlehem 58, Tubas 13, Nablus 121, Jerusalem suburbs 65, Hebron 114, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 20, Gaza Strip 3300, Jerusalem 1280.
Regarding the rate of recovery from the virus in Palestine, she indicated that it reached 95.4%, while the active infections amounted to 3.7%, and the death rate reached 0.9% of the total infections.
The Ministry of Health pointed out that there are 104 injured in intensive care rooms, while 237 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals, including 36 on artificial respirators, while the number of vaccinators in Palestine during the past 24 hours has reached 11,192.
