Washington _ Agencies

A senior US senator on Monday called on US intelligence services to issue a public report on the death of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Ron and Aidan, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, was quoted by the US political patrol (the hill) as saying in a statement that Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) chief Gina Hasbel and National Intelligence Service Director Dan Cotes  "should come out and provide the American people and Congress with a general assessment of who is by killing Jamal Khashoggi  ".

And Aiden, a Democrat from Oregon, repeated his tweet request to be published later the same day on the microblogging site (Twitter), calling on US intelligence leaders to  "Make a general assessment" about the death of Khashoggi.

US President Donald Trump said on Saturday that a full US report on the death of Khashoggi will be released in the next two days.

While Trump described the next CIA report as "too early," the US patrol, quoting informed sources, said on Friday that the CIA had concluded that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had ordered the killing of Khashoggi. It was not clear whether the report would be made available for public publication.
