The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced last Monday the death of the Palestinian doctor, Qasim Issa, from the city of Galicia in Spain, as a result of his infection with the Corona virus, the second Palestinian doctor who died of the virus in Spain, while carrying out his humanitarian duty towards patients.
