Israeli forces arrest 10 citizens in the West Bank and Gaza Strip

Israeli military forces arrested 10 Palestinian citizens from several areas of the West Bank and a citizen of the Gaza Strip early Wednesday.

A military spokesman said that the detainees in the West Bank were "wanted" by the security services and were transferred for interrogation by Shabak  ´s officers.

In the Gaza Strip, a young Palestinian man was arrested by a military force at dawn from the border of Khan Yunis to a nearby kibbutz.

The Palestinian prisoners ´ club said in a statement that "the occupation arrested four citizens of the Bethlehem District: Amir Murad Tarqqa (16 years), Mohammed Adel Tarqqa (16), Ibrahim Yusuf Abu-Mfareh, and his brother Mohammed ".

Four citizens of several towns in Ramallah and al-Bireh province were arrested: the exiled deputy Ahmed Atoun, as well as Wajdi Abu Samra, Jihad Fahad Ba´hirat, and acid Jaafar Hamayel.

In addition, the detainees are citizens of Hebron: Fadi Ibrahim Ghanimat, 38, and Shehada Mohammed Da´ajneh (50 years old).

In another context, the occupying forces opened fire at the border areas in the Gaza Strip, particularly towards farmers and birdhunters, without causing casualties.

Gunfire was also heard by warships towards some small boats off the coast of the northwest of the strip.
