Three Palestinians were martyred and 316 others injured by the Israeli occupation army on Saturday in the northern Gaza Strip on the 40th anniversary of Earth Day and the first return marches.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the martyrdom of four Palestinians and the wounding of 316 others, including five extremely dangerous people, and nine seriously, as a result of the attack by the occupation on the participants in areas from the east of the strip.

Among the injuries were 86 children and 29 orders, while 5 were very critical, 9 were serious, 121 were moderate, and 181 were minor.
On the cause of the injuries, the health said 64 were hit by live bullets, 16 rubber-coated rubber bullets, 13 scrapnel to the body, 46 gas, 94 gas bombs and 83 other casualties.
On the areas, 39 citizens were injured in northern Gaza, 108 east of Gaza City, 73 in the sector, 41 east of Khan Yunis and 55 east of Rafah.
