The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East “UNRWA” condemned today, Thursday, the Israeli occupation’s killing of the 12-year-old student Omar Hassan Abu al-Nil during his participation in protests near the eastern border of the Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the Agency expressed its deep sadness over the death of the child, who was an UNRWA student at Al-Shujaiya Preparatory Boys School (A) in the besieged Gaza Strip. According to the text of the statement.
UNRWA renewed its call on all parties to exercise restraint, reduce losses and prevent violations of international standards.
