Two young men were injured and two others were arrested, including Saif Hammouda, this evening, Wednesday, during the Israeli occupation forces ’assault on the Palestinian residents of Jerusalem, who are staging a sit-in in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces stormed the house of the Kurdish family, which was threatened with eviction, and attacked the residents present in it, and fired a tear gas canister inside it.
Eyewitnesses added that the occupation soldiers sprayed a number of the protesters with wastewater, while settlers chanted racist slogans calling for attacks on Arabs and emptying the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of its residents.
