The nature of the injuries to hospitals during the return march and breaking the siege show the intentions of the occupation in killing and maiming, a spokesman for the Health Ministry in Gaza said on Monday.
He pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces used lethal force against civilians in the eastern Gaza Strip, killing 271 citizens and injuring 16,500.
He pointed out that the occupation used different types of live bullets as well as unidentified and non-codified gas bombs, which caused health repercussions for the injured.
He pointed out that the occupation has developed its repressive methods using metal and tear gas bombs as a tool for killing and maiming, causing the deaths of 6 citizens including 4 children and injuring dozens of different deformities.
He called on the concerned parties to monitor the violations of the Israeli occupation and use them for lethal tools beyond their normative characteristics.
