A Palestinian was martyred and three others wounded in a shooting attack by Israeli occupation soldiers overnight (Thursday-Friday), near the junction of the settlement of "Ofra", east of Ramallah, Israel media sources reported.
According to Israeli sources, a Palestinian driver died of his injuries from the army, who was shot in the vicinity of the settlement of "Ofra", located near Ramallah.
The targeted shooting resulted in the wounding of three other people who were inside the car, one of whom was described as moderately injured and two lightly injured.
Israeli sources had first spoken of a Palestinian gunman shooting, prosecuting and firing at him by soldiers, and also spoke of suspicions that the "gunman", who claimed he had fired, tried to carry out a run-off near the Beit El checkpoint.
According to Israeli sources, the shooting occurred at a petrol station near the Oufra settlement.
