Suppression of a march rejecting the new settlement road in Beita

The occupation forces suppressed today, Wednesday, a march and a sit-in, rejecting the new settlement road that penetrates the lands of a number of villages south of Nablus.
Dozens participated in the event organized by the factional coordination committee at the entrance to the town of Beita, during which they raised banners expressing their rejection of the settlement road, and warning construction companies against continuing to work on it.
The occupation soldiers closed the entrance to a house in front of cars, and fired sound and gas bombs at the march participants, and engaged them with fists, preventing them from reaching the town junction.
After the event ended, clashes erupted between young men and the occupation forces near the central vegetable market
