Gang members stole gold and other precious metals worth about $ 40 million Thursday from a cargo hub at Guarulos Airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Video footage taken by surveillance cameras and posted on social media sites, disguised as policemen coming from a pickup truck, forced airport workers to take the gold to the vehicle and then fled.
Police said the thieves carrying weapons stole about 750 kilograms of psychological minerals and kidnapped two workers.
Airport authorities confirmed they had stolen gold on his way to Zurich and New York using two cars resembling police patrol vehicles and dressed as police officers.
An airport spokesman said the robbery did not hurt anyone.
