Settlers uprooted hundreds of olive trees in the village of Haris, west of Salfit.
The head of Haris´ village council, Sheikh Omar Samara, stated that settlers from "Rafafa" settlement uprooted nearly 300 olive trees that belong to him in Al-Jawarat area west of the village, which have been planted for decades.
He explained that the occupation authorities handed him a notice three months ago not to change the contours of the land and uproot the planted trees.
