The Russian Ministry of Communications and Communications intends to agree with the Chinese side by the end of this year to establish production facilities belonging to the Chinese company "Huawei" in Russia.
This was stated to reporters by the Russian Minister of Transport and Communications, Konstantin Nuskov, on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.
Noskov noted that talks are underway with the Chinese side. He said that no significant steps have yet been taken in this direction.
The Eastern Economic Forum will be held from 4 to 6 September at the Russian Federation of the Far East on the island of Ruski.
Guests from 50 countries will participate in the forum and will hold various international seminars, meetings and dialogues.
