On Saturday, two martyrs were killed by Israeli occupying forces on the eastern border of the Gaza Strip during the return marches and the siege was broken.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced yesterday the death of the child Hassan Iyad Shalabi (14), as a result of a live bullet in the chest by an Israeli sniper east of Khan Yunis, and the martyr Hamza Mohammed Ashtiwi (18 years) with a bullet in the neck east of Gaza
The funeral of the child Shalabi from Nasser Medical Complex went to his family home for a farewell look, before being buried at the Martyrs Cemetery in Khan Yunis, while the funeral of Ashtiwi from Shifa Hospital went to his family home in al-Zaytoun neighborhood in southern Gaza City before being buried in the Martyrs cemetery in eastern Gaza.
Mourners in the funerals of martyrs raised the Palestinian flag and the flags of the various factions, amid slogans calling on the Joint Operations Chamber of the resistance to react to the crimes of occupation against unarmed civilians.
