The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced today, Tuesday, the registration of a death, 204 new cases of corona, and 220 cases of recovery.
She explained that the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 98%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.9%, and the death rate was 1.1%, of the total infections.
The minister indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “Nablus 8, Hebron 2, Gaza Strip 194.”
She added that the new recovery cases were distributed as follows: "Nablus 10, Jenin 3, Tulkarm 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 2, Bethlehem 3, and the Gaza Strip 200." A death was recorded in the city of Nablus, as a result of infection with the Corona virus.
The Minister of Health pointed out that there are 6 patients in intensive care rooms, including two patients on artificial respirators, while 12 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals.
She stated that the total number of citizens who received anti-Coronavirus vaccines in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 461,162, including 296,812 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
