Dozens of families of martyrs and wounded of the 2014 aggression participated in a mass march, today, Tuesday, towards the Unknown Soldier Square in the center of Gaza City, starting from the protest tent in front of the headquarters of the Martyrs and Wounded Foundation in the city center to demand their rights and the rights of their children.
During the speech of the National and Islamic Forces, Talal Abu Zarifa, a member of the Political Bureau of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, called on President Mahmoud Abbas to do justice to the families of the martyrs of the 2014 aggression and to give them their rights by accrediting them as martyrs in the Martyrs and Wounded Foundation in accordance with the applicable standards of the Palestine Liberation Organization
Abu Zarifa said, “It is unfortunate that the families of the martyrs of the Israeli aggression on Gaza have not been relied upon for the past seven years, and it is unjustified not to pay the dues to these families, especially since about 33 families have become without a breadwinner due to the loss of their fathers and mothers.”
Abu Zarifa stressed the support of all national and Islamic forces by the families of the martyrs in their just and just demands by accrediting them as martyrs in the records of the Martyrs and Wounded Foundation of the Liberation Organization.
He stressed the continuation of the movements and protests until their rights are fully met, as they are martyrs who lived for Palestine and sacrificed for it.
