Netanyahu appoints new ministers, one of whom is accused of corruption

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Sunday evening the appointment of new ministers in his government in the three ministerial posts from which he resigned days ago in implementation of the Israeli Supreme Decision.

David Likan, a Likud MK, was appointed as the Minister of Agriculture, accused of bribery in a corruption case when he was mayor of Rishon Lezion.

He also decided to appoint Tzipi Hoteply as the Minister of "Diaspora-Migrants", and Yitzhak Cohen of Shas as Minister of Housing and Construction.
