Japan Provides Emergency Grant for Jenin Camp

The Japanese Government has provided an emergency grant worth one million US dollars for Jenin Camp, which suffered significant damage due to the recent Israeli aggression in July.

A statement issued by the Representative Office of Japan in Palestine mentioned that this grant will be used to provide humanitarian assistance in areas such as sanitation, health, and unexploded ordnance response, through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

The statement affirmed that the Japanese government will continue its efforts to build trust between the parties involved to achieve a two-state solution regarding the Middle East peace process.
