Israeli occupation planes launched raids thursday evening on a Palestinian resistance position in the northern Gaza Strip.
Local sources said that Israeli helicopters fired several rockets at the Palestinian position of the resistance and adjacent land in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip.
"A military helicopter tonight raided hamas infrastructure used for underground work in the northern Gaza Strip in response to the firing of booby-trapped balloons from the Gaza Strip today," the army spokesman said.
Last night, Israeli warplanes targeted several locations northwest of Gaza City and east of jabaliya town in the northern Gaza Strip, without causing any casualties.
