RAMALLAH _ Palestine News Network
The Israeli Government´s legal advisor, Avigdor Mandelpelat, in agreement with an advisory team from the Israeli Ministry of Justice, announced a plan to legitimize a settlement outpost near Ramallah.
According to the seventh Hebrew Channel, a joint legal opinion was prepared by the two parties to begin to seize a privately owned Palestinian land for the construction of a settlement road to allow the settlers to reach the outpost of "Hrisha " and an agricultural field near Ramallah.
According to the channel, the move will be part of a plan aimed at fully legitimizing the focus and transforming it into an official settlement.
According to the channel, the legal opinion that has been prepared will not harm the owners of the Palestinian land, and that it relies on the establishment of a side road from the Palestinian farmland, or the construction of a bridge for settlers to reach their focus and agricultural field, or through the confiscation and use of land on a permanent basis, in a move Clear to the application of the law of expropriation of Palestinian lands despite the opposition of Mandelpelat to him previously.
