Israeli troops arrested six people from several areas in the West Bank early Sunday.
According to the army spokesperson, the detainees are "wanted" by the security forces on the pretext that they are involved in the "popular terrorism" attacks.
The spokesman claimed that a pistol had been seized and confiscated in Nablus, and that funds had been confiscated from Jalazone camp and other areas.
In another context, gunmen last night shot at an Israeli car near Ramallah.
According to a spokesman for the Israeli army, the car was slightly damaged by the shooting near the settlement of "Kukhaf Jacob ".
He noted that there were no casualties and that the army was conducting a sweep in search of the executors.
