Citizens buried today, Saturday, the body of martyr Yahya Adwan to his final resting place in Azzun, east of Qalqilya.
Hundreds of citizens participated in the funeral of the martyr, amid chanting slogans calling for the resistance to respond to the continuing crimes of the occupation.
Resistance fighters attended the funeral, some of whom fired shots into the air to salute the martyr´s soul.
Violent confrontations erupted after the funeral process, where 4 young men were wounded by Israeli bullets.
Adwan was martyred at dawn during clashes that erupted between dozens of young men and the occupation forces in the area.
Udwan (27 years), was killed by a live bullet in the heart. He is a freed prisoner who spent several years in the occupation prisons.
And local sources had reported that at least 3 young men were injured at about 1:30 p.m. Occupied Jerusalem time, during clashes that erupted in Azzoun.
According to the sources, one of the injuries was described as serious, and was transferred by ambulance crews to treatment in a hospital.
There were reports of an attempt to run over Israeli soldiers, but no Israeli sources confirmed the authenticity of these reports.
