Today, Friday, the Ministry of Health announced that 19 deaths and 1,774 new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and occupied Jerusalem, while 1,205 recoveries have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry of Health stated in its epidemiological report that the local recovery rate is 88.6%, while the rate of active injuries is 10.4%, and the death rate is 1% of all injuries.
The deaths were recorded as follows: Tulkarm 2, Nablus 2, the suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Hebron 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Gaza Strip 11, Jerusalem 1.
She explained that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Tubas 32, Nablus, 182, Qalqilya 29, Tulkarm 57, Jenin 84, Salfit 13, Jericho and Al Aghwar 9, Hebron 72, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 87, Bethlehem 22, the suburbs of Jerusalem 3, Gaza Strip 1138, Jerusalem 46.
As for the new recovery cases, they were distributed as follows: Tubas 51, Nablus 322, Qalqilya 13, Tulkarm 73, Jenin 161, Salfit 2, Jericho and Al Aghwar 7, Hebron 86, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 205, Bethlehem 48, the suburbs of Jerusalem 6, Gaza Strip 1205, City of Jerusalem 97.
In its report, the Ministry indicated that there are 172 patients in intensive care rooms, including 54 patients on artificial respirators, while 514 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in hospitals in the West Bank.
