The Ministry of Health announced today, Monday, that it had recorded 11 deaths and 491 new cases of Coronavirus during the last 24 hours.
According to the daily statement of the Ministry of Health, the deaths were distributed as follows: two cases in Jerusalem, 8 in the northern governorates, and one in the southern governorates
The statement added that the new injuries were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (87), Nablus Governorate (33), Bethlehem Governorate (48), Qalqilya Governorate (7), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (32), Jenin (26), Tubas (2) ), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (35), Salfit (3), Tulkarm (98), the Gaza Strip (73), the suburbs of Jerusalem (15), and the city of Jerusalem (62).
The Minister of Health added that new cases of recovery were recorded in: Hebron Governorate (117), Jenin Governorate (19), Tulkarm (59), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (10), Tubas (5), Salfit Governorate (9), Qalqilya (22), Beit Lahm (70), Nablus (108), Gaza Strip (65), Jerusalem (108).
And the Minister of Health, Dr. May Al-Keela said that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 84.9%, while the rate of active infections reached 14.3%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
Regarding recovery cases, 419 cases were recorded in the northern governorates, 65 cases in the southern governorates, and 108 cases in Jerusalem.
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 47 patients in intensive care rooms, including 11 patients on artificial respirators.
