Dozens of Palestinians were injured during the suppression of the occupation, two marches against settlements

Dozens of Palestinians were suffocated with tear gas today, Friday, during the Israeli occupation forces´ suppression of two protest marches against settlement in the occupied West Bank.

And local sources reported that the occupation forces fired tear gas canisters towards the participants in a march in the lands of Beit Dajan village, east of Nablus, which led to dozens of suffocation.

In the same context, 3 Palestinians were injured by the Israeli army bullets, and dozens of people suffocated, Friday, during the army´s suppression of a march in the  town of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah,  in the center of the occupied West Bank.

It is reported that a number of settlers, with the protection of the occupation army, set up a tent in the area last Wednesday, began digging, and put a water tank in the place.

Every Friday, Palestinians organize rallies against settlement and the separation wall in a number of villages and towns in the West Bank.

Israeli and Palestinian estimates indicate that there are about 650,000 settlers in settlements in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, living in 164 settlements and 116 outposts.
