Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 8 deaths, 633 new cases of Coronavirus, and 575 recoveries have been recorded during the last 24 hours.
Al-Kailah confirmed in the daily report on the epidemiological situation of the virus in Palestine, that new deaths were recorded for a 76-year-old citizen from Dura, a 58-year-old citizen of the sheikhs in Hebron governorate, a 55-year-old citizen from Tulkarm, and a 62-year-old citizen from Al-Amari camp. Baramallah and Al-Bireh, a 54-year-old citizen from Dar Salah in Bethlehem, a 52-year-old citizen, a 68-year-old citizen, a 79-year-old citizen of the Gaza Strip.
She added that the new infections were distributed in the governorates as follows:

Bethlehem (47).
Qalqilya (8).
Ramallah and Al-Bireh (52).
Jenin (47).
Jericho and Al Aghwar (28).

Al-Kailah stated that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 88%, while the rate of active infections reached 11.1%, and the death rate was 0.9% of all infections.
Al-Kailah pointed out that there are 35 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 7 patients on artificial respirators.
