The Ministry of Health announced today, Saturday, one death, and 123 new infections with the Corona virus, in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, after examining 2451 samples.
The death case was recorded in Gaza, in addition to 106 injuries, while the rest of the injuries were in the West Bank (Nablus 8, Jenin 5, Qalqilya 1, Tulkarm 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 2).
The ministry said that it also recorded 86 cases of recovery, and indicated that patients are in intensive care 9, out of 14 patients being treated in Corona hospitals and centers in the West Bank.
The total number of vaccinated citizens in the West Bank reached 486,037 and in Gaza 105,532, a total of 591,569, of whom 415,914 received both doses.
The recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine was 98.5%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.4%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections.
