The Ministry of Health recorded today, Sunday, one death from infection with the Corona virus in Gaza, in addition to 82 injuries in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health said that 79 people infected with the Corona virus are staying in its Corona hospitals and centers, 65 of whom are in Gaza, 42 of whom are in serious condition. And 14 in the West Bank, 7 of them are in intensive care, and one of them is on respirators.
The Ministry of Health indicated that the new infections were distributed as (Qalqilya 1, Tulkarm 2, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 1, Jenin 2, Nablus 3, and the Gaza Strip 73), and that
2571 new infections were examined in the last 24 hours, 464 of them in the Gaza Strip.
And 194 new cases of recovery were recorded, 16 of them in the West Bank and the rest in Gaza.
The total number of citizens who received the vaccine reached 482,695, including 341,475 who received the two doses, distributed as 417,501 in the West Bank and 65,194 in Gaza.
According to the Ministry of Health, the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine was 98.1%, the percentage of active infections was 0.8%, and the death rate was 1.1%.
