The U.S. National Security Archive was published on its own website, a plan that was prepared by the United States of America in 1960, to completely destroy both the Soviet Union and China.
The US National security website published documents on a plan to bring about genocide in both countries.
Specialists pointed out that the plan, which called the name "Siop" as an integrated plan for the destruction of both countries which threatened the United States of America as two industrial forces, was dated 1964.
It refers to the use of nuclear weapons by US forces to destroy 70 percent of the industrial potential of the Soviet Union.
Meanwhile, according to the US administration, some 70 million Soviet deaths will be reported.
According to the US staff administration at the time, the elimination of the largest number of people is an important and significant criterion for achieving victory over the Soviet Union.
The plan "Siop" included a detailed use of the nuclear weapons to be used by US forces.
The U.S. National Archives and Records department, published in 2015, was a list of the targets of the atomic bombs of the United States of America, which included targets in the Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and China.
A further 179 targets were identified in Moscow, 145 in Leningrad and 91 in East Berlin.
One of the most important priorities of the document was known as the "Air Force", whose main objective was to destroy Soviet bombers before taking off from their airports.
