A citizen was wounded, today, Monday, during a settlers´ pursuit of him near the town of Sawiya, south of Nablus.
According to Murad Abu Ras, the head of al-Sawiya Village Council, settlers chased the citizen Jihad Fuad Jazi (48 years old), who went with his wife to pick olives on his land located near the settlement of “Elya”.
He added that Jazi sustained fractures in his hands and head wounds as a result of his fall while the settlers pursued him, and was taken to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus for treatment.
