A citizen was injured by a gas canister in his shoulder, others suffocated, and a medic was arrested, during the suppression of the Israeli occupation army and its settlers, today, Friday, a march condemning the establishment of a new settlement outpost in the Ras al-Tin area in the village of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah.
The official news agency reported that clashes broke out between the youths and the occupation soldiers in the Ein Samia area near the village, during which the soldiers and settlers fired live bullets and tear gas canisters, which resulted in the injury of the Director General of Popular Action and Steadfastness Support in the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority, Abdullah Abu Rahma With a teargas canister on his shoulder, and others in cases of suffocation, were treated in the field.
The sources pointed out that the occupation forces arrested the paramedic Muhammad Hussein Hamed (26 years) while he was trying to provide treatment to the injured.
A march was launched from the center of Kafr Malik, towards the Ras Al-Tin area, to condemn the occupation’s intention to establish a new settlement outpost on large areas of the village’s lands.
