Minister of Health Mai Al-Kailah announced the registration of 3 deaths and 549 new cases of corona in the country.
In the daily report on the epidemiological situation of the Coronavirus in Palestine, today, Sunday, the Minister stated that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 88.3%, while the rate of active infections reached 10.9%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
Minister Al-Kaila added that 3 deaths were recorded (a citizen (93 years) from Al-Bireh, a citizen (74 years) from Al-Fara´a in Tubas governorate and a citizen (83 years) from Jabalia in the Gaza Strip).
With regard to recovery cases, 235 cases were recorded in the West Bank (Hebron 38, Jenin 29, Nablus 23, Tulkarm 19, Salfit 26, Tubas 2, Qalqilya 12, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 83), Gaza Strip 200, and Jerusalem 12.
The minister added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (58), Nablus Governorate (77), Bethlehem Governorate (36), Qalqilya Governorate (14), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (50), Jenin (21), Jericho and Al-Aghwar ( 8), Salfit (2), Tulkarm (22), Tubas (4), the Gaza Strip (201), the suburbs of Jerusalem (8), and the city of Jerusalem (48).
She pointed out that there are 40 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 10 patients on artificial respirators.
